Worship Service and Picnic

We had a wonderful worship service and picnic last Sunday (August 18th) at the home of Wayne and Judy Ruzicka. The setting was beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for better weather, and the fellowship was awesome! I’ve posted two pictures from our worship service. The one is a snapshot of everyone during our worship service. The other one was taken during a portion of our worship service where we honored three couples (Mark & Maretta Franklund, Bill & Deb Knuth, and Wayne and Judy Ruzicka). All three of these couples are celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversaries this summer (50 years of marriage).
During our fellowship time, I also discovered that we have another couple (Quentin and Joyce Spitzer) who recently celebrated their 66th anniversary. We are so blessed at First Presbyterian Church to have so very many Godly examples of how good marriages work when they are based upon our mutual faith in Jesus Christ.

Annual Church Picnic and Worship at the Ruzicka’s
This was our annual outdoor picnic and worship held at the Ruzicka’s on July 30, 2023. We had a wonderful group of people and had an awesome time of fellowship, food, and worship as we enjoyed each other’s company and glorified our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
